Terms of agreement - Hobbia 

• The age requirement of mailorder purchases is set to 18 years old. If you are under 18 you need a signature from parent or legalguardian.  

• All orders are placed on the website. 

• The minimum ordervalue is set to 200 swedish krones outside Sweden. 100 kr within Sweden.  

• The prices are indefinite and any price change will be posted. We reserve the right to text and price errors and major tax, rate or currency fluctuations.  

• The goods are delivered to you through mail.

• Advance payment is done through  Klarna betalning eller Förskottsbetalning till Hobbia Bankgiro : 332-4233

• The ideal is too ship the goods as soon as possible, the same day the order is placed so to say. During holidays orders might not be shipped on the same day and delivery time might differ. If any problems occur the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

• If any of the items is out of stock, we will try bring more back to the store as soon as possible, the order will get a residual note and the item will be sent to you for free when it is in stock again, this only works within Sweden. Orders outside of Sweden will be sent when everything is in stock.  

• Unclaimed packages will be charged with actual costs. 

• Damage reported immediately to the record. (Visible damage to the package is regarded as shipping damage)

• Complaints shall be returned within 14 days. New item will be shipped and you will be reimbursed for the return shipping.

• We got a 1 year warranty on factory faults. Note : The invoice shall be attached

• If you regret the whole or parts of your order, then within 14 days after you have claimed the package you can return it and be fully reimbursed, this only applies if you haven't used the items. You are responsible for transportation and return shipping risk and actual postage or shipping cost. Invoice and receipt must be attached along with a return reason. Always indicate which bank you have and what your bank account number is. NOTE! Can't be done with C.O.D or collect.
